Volvo 3CC concept We first saw this little scissor-winged three-seater at the Michelin Bibendum Challenge last October in Shanghai, where Volvo pitted the vehicle's electric powertrain technology against a host of whacked-out future-tech stuff. With powertrain bits developed by AC Propulsion, the 3CC scored well against its diesel and various hybrid competition.
