There are times when testing a new car can be a real pain. In the case of the 2005 Mazda RX8, it was having to say goodbye. It was like when the bell rang. Recess was over. No more fun until next time. After a few days of getting used to it, I had come to really enjoy the 1.3-liter rotary engine - its unique sound, the 238 horses that lift and launch it's light body with silky smooth acceleration, the power being sent to the rear wheels that grip in the tightest of curves.
